AVANEP EYE DROPS 5 ML is used to reduce inflammation and pain in the eye following cataract surgery or other ocular surgeries.
AVANEP EYE DROPS 5 ML eye drops should be applied as one drop to the affected eye(s) three times daily, following the instructions provided by your ophthalmologist.
AVANEP EYE DROPS 5 ML is specifically formulated for post-operative ocular care and should be used as directed by your healthcare professional.
Common side effects of AVANEP EYE DROPS 5 ML eye drops may include eye irritation, burning sensation, blurred vision, dry eyes, watery eyes, and eye redness.
It is recommended to remove contact lenses before applying AVANEP EYE DROPS 5 ML eye drops and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
The duration of AVANEP EYE DROPS 5 ML eye drop usage will be determined by your ophthalmologist based on your individual needs and recovery progress.
The use of AVANEP EYE DROPS 5 ML during pregnancy or breastfeeding should be discussed with a healthcare professional, weighing the potential benefits against potential risks.
Inform your healthcare professional about all the medications, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements, you are taking, as there is a possibility of drug interactions with AVANEP EYE DROPS 5 ML.
It contains Nepafenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits the production of prostaglandins, thereby reducing inflammation and pain in the eye.
Instill one drop into the affected eye three times daily, starting one day before surgery and continuing for two weeks after surgery, or as directed by your ophthalmologist.
